What methods of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, including Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order.

If you like to remove items then please note orders can be cancelled with in 6 hours of placing order.

Please contact us using our contact form and we will get back to you asap.

How do I cancel my order?

We give our customers a window of 6 hours to cancel their order. Please use the contact us using our contact form or send us a message through live chat and we will get back to you.

My payment has failed but it shows as pending in my bank, what should I do?

Depending on your bank, failed transaction can still show as pending. We recommend waiting between 5 to 10 days until the transaction disappears from your statement.

In addition, please contact us to confirm if we haven't received your order.

Do I have to pay for customs, taxes and duties?

International orders might be subjected to customs charges according to each country's legislation. bagit.store will not pay for custom fees, charges, and taxes.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking info within 7 days, then please contact us.

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don't worry you will get the items that you ordered.

How does your shipping work?

Bagit.store works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you.

This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world. However, we do ensure you can track our orders for peace of mind.

Orders can often take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
